The modern amenities and attentive staff truly transformed my stay! The incredible view of the Burj Khalifa from my balcony was breathtaking and the breakfast service by Mehdi and Chandan was delightful!

The location isn't very walkable, which means relying on taxis for everything. Though reasonable, I wished for more nearby attractions instead of commuting every time.

My stay was fantastic, especially the dreamy beds and the complimentary late checkout! The service was impeccable. I really loved the amazing back massage I had! Definitely a place I'd choose again.

I had an amazing time with my family enjoying the spacious room and the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa from our balcony. We loved relaxing at the rooftop pool and indulging in a well-deserved massage at the spa. Only downside was a bit of noise from the nearby street, but it didn’t ruin our trip at all! 😊

we really enjoyed our stay at hyde hotel! the breakfast was super tasty, offering everything we needed. on our last morning, they even delivered it right on time since we had to check out early. our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Plus, the service at cowboy restaurant was amazing. the staff was super attentive!

Friendly and accommodating staff members.

I was treated rudely by the laundry manager upon arrival when I asked for a pressing service. He insisted on extra charges for a late request, even though I just checked in and it was a standard service at any decent hotel. The situation escalated and only improved after I complained, but that shouldn't have been necessary in a supposedly five-star establishment.
